Physical Criteria and Physical Test Details for Uniform Posts

(ASI, Corporal and Corporal Driver)

For male candidates

Height : 05 ft 06 Inches

Chest : 32/ 3/4 to 34/ 3/4

Weight : Should be physically fit in all respects / as per the chart provided at the respective Recruitment Centres.

Physical Test : One mile run should be completed in maximum seven and a half minutes.

22 push-ups in 02 minutes and 22 sit-ups in 02 minutes.

For female candidates

Height : 05 feet 02 Inches

Weight : Physically fit in all respects / as per chart provided at respective recruitment centres

Physical Test : One mile run should be completed in maximum 13 minutes.

Detail of upper age limit and general relaxation

The upper age limit is different for each post which is clearly given in the advertisement however the details of upper age relaxation are given below.

🌑 There be a relaxation of 15 years for the retired persons of armed forces.

🌑 There will be a relaxation of 10 years in the age limit for government employees including contract employees who have completed 02 years of service.

🌑 There will be a relaxation of 03 years in the age limit for Sindh rural Balochistan , Gilgit Baltistan , Ex-FATA , Azad Jammu Kashmir and minority communities.

🌑 Widows, sons and daughters of government employees who died during service will get 03 years age relaxation.

🌑 General relaxation of 10 years in age limit will be given to disabled persons.

You have to submit your applications online by going to.

2 : Applicants need not submit copies of academic and other documents at the time of registration.

3 : After completion of registration process medical, physical, practical test slips of eligible candidates will be uploaded on ASF recruitment website.

4 : The Pakistan Army Act, 1952 for discipline, disciplinary actions shall apply to all men and women recruited to all uniformed posts.

5 : The selected persons will be posted at any airport of Pakistan including Azad Jammu Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, erstwhile FATA.

6 : Candidate may be called to any test center for physical, medical, written, practical test or interview for administrative reasons.

7 : Candidates will have to appear with the downloaded slip and original identity card to take the test at the respective recruitment centers on the given date and time.

8 : Eligible candidates will be shortlisted for next stage based on outstanding performance in physical, medical test.

9 : As per rules and policy the documents of the shortlisted candidates will be submitted before the interview.

10 : Quota has been allocated for persons with disabilities for which they are eligible to apply but they are required to submit disability certificate.

11 : Serving Government Servants, Retired from Armed Forces can submit their application along with NOC.

12 : Pregnant women and persons below 18 years of age are encouraged not to apply.
