The proposed form has to be downloaded from.

2 : Candidates should send attested copies of their CV, educational documents, domicile, identity card along with 01 recent passport size photograph along with their application.

3 : Applicants must bring their original educational documents, domicile, identity card and experience certificates with them at the time of test/interview.

4 : Only eligible candidates who meet the criteria will be called for test/interview and no allowances will be given for the same.

5 : Government employees should send their applications through their department. The above date for application is allotted 05th May 2023.
